(1) Vendor needs to provide property management services to the government authority located in Dallas, TX.– Management services include new tenant intake, marketing, determination of applicant eligibility, applicant screening, and tenant selection.– Collection of rent, late fees and tenant charges for repairs caused by negligence.– Lease enforcement, including tenant obligations.– Full fiscal management responsibilities including preparing annual operating budgets, monthly, quarterly and annual; financial reporting, providing necessary information to auditors hired by owners and keeping expenses and income within approved budget amounts.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
