(1) Vendor needs to provide public affairs and government relations consulting services.– Provide members with access to services in the areas of public affairs, government relations, lobbying, legislative representation, advocacy, strategic communications, and related services supporting governmental, legislative, regulatory, public policy and voter–related matters at the local, state, and federal levels– Services offered under this contract may include:– Government Relations, Lobbying and Legislative Advocacy– Policy Monitoring and Analysis– Funding and Appropriations– Public Affairs, Media Relations and Strategic Communications– Community and Stakeholder Engagement– Public Opinion Analysis(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
