STAFF-16873 - USA (Gonzales, Louisiana) - Move Ascension Program Manager Service - Deadline October 22,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide move ascension program manager service to the government authority located in Gonzales, LA. • Consultant team to assist in the management of the current move ascension program.• Design oversight, right–of–way appraisal and acquisition support, utility coordination, environmental permitting, grant development and administration, and completion of Stage 0 checklists• The PMC shall evaluate project management controls for the Move Ascension Program.• Controls system serves as a basis for monitoring, tracking, and reporting aspects of the Program.• The PMC shall recommend retention of the existing system or if migration to a new system with similar capabilities is warranted. • The document management system shall provide the Parish with on–demand access to all project and program files. • This system shall be the basis in the development of digital distribution of project and program information for dissemination to both internal and external stakeholders.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 8, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
