Landscaping-Lawn Care Services (Northeast Region)

The purpose of the contract will be to promote yard maintenance to five county health departments to be the grounds to look kept, sightly and a blight to the community they represent. The yard service will provide mowing, weed eating, clean up mowing debris, trash pickup of the grounds/parking lots, maintain flower beds at a health department site, and hedging trimming. The county health departments are Itawamba Co. Health Dept, 110 Crane St, Fulton, MS, Tishomingo Co. Health Department, 1508 Bettydale Dr, Iuka, MS, Prentiss Co. Health Dept, 615 East Parker Dr, Booneville, MS, Alcorn Co. Health Dept, 3706 Jo Ann Drive, Corinth, MS and Tippah Co. Health Dept, 129 Hospital Street, Ripley, MS. The services will be done weekly or every 2 weeks depending on the yard and if weather permits. During wintertime, the service will be determined by the office manager on site and the provider. The flower bed clean up and hedging and trimming with be done yearly.
