Notice is hereby given that the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners will receive sealed bids from properly licensed and insured contractors for Project Title . The County prefers electronic submission of bids and proposals. Please submit electronic responses via the County e-Procurement Portal: https://procurement.opengov.com/portal/santarosafl . By way of the e-Procurement Portal, responses will be locked and digitally encrypted until the submission deadline passes. Submittals may also be mailed, or hand delivered to the Santa Rosa County Procurement Department at 6495 Caroline Street, Suite M, Milton, FL 32570. Any submittals mailed or hand delivered must be accompanied by an electronic copy included in the response envelope.
