DISPOS-9370 - USA (Irving, Texas) - Land Capacity Solid Waste Service - Deadline July 31,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide land capacity solid waste service to the government authority located in Irving, TX.• The waste to be accepted for disposal shall consist of municipal solid waste conforming to the definitions in the agreement uploaded under the attachments tab of the online solicitation.•  Salvaging: The controlled removal of waste materials for utilization, recycling, or sale.– Scavenging: The uncontrolled and unauthorized removal of materials at any point in the solid waste management system.• Provide to the successful bidder a monthly summary report to include documentation on the waste disposed of at the landfill.• The landfill is open every day except for Sundays and City designated holidays.• All materials delivered to the landfill as a part of this contract must be delivered between 7:00 am and 5:00 pm on regular days of operation(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026
