(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based online compliance tracking platform for probationers and participants.secure an electronic health (eHealth) compliance monitoring, tracking, and toxicology testing platform.– This secure, web–enabled application is the primary tool division staff rely on to manage daily compliance operations, track random testing schedules, and coordinate ongoing workflows.– Provide an online or web based feature that will allow the division staff to enter calendar–based information for due dates of scheduled reports from third parties(2) The contract period will be for five years.   (3) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 21, 2026.
