(1) Vendor needs to provide occupational safety and health programs consulting services to the government authority located in San Francisco, CA. – The Contractor shall provide as–needed consulting services related to Occupational Safety and Health Programs to evaluate and enhance the Airport’s Safety and Health Program in alignment with the Airport’s core value that “Safety and Security is our first priority” and to ensure an objective, expert–driven approach that elevates the Airport’s program beyond minimum compliance toward best–in–class safety performance.• Identify and mitigate workplace hazards• Improve employee safety awareness and training effectiveness• Review and recommend updates to safety policies and procedures• Provide safety consultation services as–needed.– The Contractor will conduct gap analysis of current safety policies and programs against Cal/OSHA and standards and provide detailed recommendations to achieve regulatory compliance and best practices.– The Contractor will review the organization’s existing safety procedures and communication practices to ensure they are accurate, comprehensive, and aligned with regulatory requirements and best practices.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 11, 2026.
