(1) Vendor needs to provide city planning services to the government authority located in Rochester, MI. – Provide complete on–call services for conducting site plan reviews, provide guidance to applicants to meet code requirements. – Provide the necessary field verification of information provided or to be generated, and prepare summary reports.– Review and summarize findings of plans, elevations, and any additional material submitted for technical compliance review.– Master plan, parks and recreation master plan, zoning ordinance, as required.– Conduct field reconnaissance and verification regarding various aspects of site plan approval including, but not limited to, adjacent activities and existing conditions.– Conduct research and analysis on an as needed basis as requested.– The professional services required include knowledge of county, state, local and legal requirements(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026.
