(1) Vendor needs to provide Esri ArcGIS urban scenario planning creation of digital design models service to the government authority located in Tompkins, NY. • Provide comprehensive services to apply its existing GIS environment that currently uses ArcGIS Pro, utility network, and cartegraph and integrate them into ArcGIS Urban.• Providing geospatial analysis, economic development analysis, land value economics, and revenue modelling, suitability analysis, or identifying spatial patterns supporting data–driven planning decisions in one or more of the following areas:• Data collection and analysis• Geographic information systems (GIS)• Fiscal analysis of development• Scenario planning• Master planning• Digital twins• Transect–based development• Environmental assessments(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 10, 2026.
