CSE-24910 - USA (Oklahoma) - AXIS IP Camera Replacement Service - Deadline November 2,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide AXIS IP camera replacement service to the government authority located in Oklahoma. • Verify existing camera locations, mounting conditions, cable pathways, network connectivity, and PoE availability before replacement.• Provide and install 77 replacement AXIS devices in accordance with the procurement schedule.• Remove the identified legacy devices and associated replacement hardware while protecting suitable existing infrastructure.• Install replacement devices using existing mounting locations and pathways where compatible; provide required mounting adapters and installation accessories. If current mounts can be reused, then reuse them. • Connect each replacement device to the existing IP video/security network and applicable VMS/management platform.• Apply approved device naming, IP addressing, credentials, time/NTP settings, firmware/AXIS OS settings, and site–standard configuration parameters supplied by the Owner.• Enable and validate HTTPS/TLS 1.3 capability and apply the Owner's approved cybersecurity configuration baseline.• Configure image settings, field of view, focus/zoom where applicable, IR settings, and applicable analytics to match intended coverage.• Configure panoramic, multidirectional, PTZ, and intercom functions where applicable.• Perform functional testing of video, power, network communications, recording, live view, image quality, camera controls, and applicable events.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 23, 2026.
