(1) Vendor needs to provide construction surveillance technician and site security manager support services to the government authority located in Norfolk, VA.     – Provide the personnel, management, materials, equipment, prerequisite safety and security training, and facilities necessary to perform.• Construction Surveillance Technicians– Monitor the activities of all uncleared renovation workers and personnel on the Secure Renovation Site at all times.   – Conduct security inspections of renovation materials finished and unfinished renovation work and photographic documentation of those inspections.• Site Security Manager(2) The contract period will be one year.
