(1) Vendor needs to provide dynamic open systems.– Develop a dynamic host platform–agnostic software suite that will securely integrate a large amount of information from multiple data sources into a single, common operating picture for the pilot.– This integration will reduce the real–time pilot workload in order to employ effectively in combat scenarios.– Solution will interface with legacy platforms, existing mission systems, and relevant test environments, including any assumptions, dependencies, and constraints affecting implementation.
