(1) Vendor needs to provide brain injury support services to the government authority located in North Carolina. – Services are provided to the Division’s most significantly disabled consumers with brain injuries who typically require specialized assistance in securing competitive, integrated employment, and will need intensive training and assistance for an extended period to master all job tasks– Additionally, extended follow–along services are necessary depending upon the consumer’s support needs to ensure the consumer can maintain the position, as individuals with brain injuries are most at risk of job loss over the long–term.• Assessment with Complete Report • Cognitive Rehabilitation & Career Exploration, Part 1 • Cognitive Rehabilitation & Career Exploration, Part 2 • Employment Placement & Independence • Successful 90 Day Placement(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
