EXTRA-78234 - USA (New York) - Alternative Placement and Aftercare Services - Deadline November 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide alternative placement and aftercare services to the government authority located in New York. – Provide both Alternative to Placement (ATP) and placement aftercare services to youth ages 12 to 17 (up to age 17.5 at time of referral) and their families using targeted and specific evidence–based interventions.– Avoid the use of residential placement for youth who can be appropriately served in the community.– Support youth compliance with probation terms and dispositional orders to avoid violations and encourage successful completion of probation.– Ensure a successful transition for youth from placement back to home or alternative placement to probation.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.
