(1) Vendor needs to provide older adult technical assistance center service to the government authority located in Albany, NY. – To establish a geriatric service demonstration program to provide grants to providers of mental health care for older adults.– Programs will be required to maintain accurate reporting and case records according to Regulation and Program Guidance.– The Older Adult Technical Assistance Center will assist the agency grantees with the process of program implementation to include initial planning and program installation, sharing of cross–disciplinary training and best practices, evaluation, and planning for program sustainability.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 17, 2026.(3) The contract period will be five years.
