Vendor needs to provide general engineering services to the government authority located in Washington.– Provide general engineering services including but not limited to: on–site electrical/mechanical engineering, fire protection engineering, relay protection and distribution engineering, and overhead bridge crane engineering– Provide subject matter experts for independent review of project schedule, costs, scope, identifying possible areas for improvement, Root Cause Analysis, and troubleshooting plant electrical and mechanical problems at our power generation facilities– Development of conceptual engineering designs, problem investigations, design criteria, system studies, project schedule, and budgetary estimates of construction costs.
