– Vendor needs to provide IT services to the government authority located in South Dakota. – Provide IT service providers to provide reliable, responsive, and cost–effective information technology services.– Provider will support the organization’s technology environment, users, systems, and cybersecurity needs.– Help desk and end–user technical support.– Network, server, and infrastructure management.– Computer and device setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting for approximately 20 employees.– Software installation, updates, patch management, and licensing support.– Microsoft 365 and cloud administration, as applicable.– Cybersecurity monitoring, endpoint protection, and vulnerability management.– User account administration and access management.– Data backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity support.– IT asset inventory and lifecycle management.– Technology planning and recommendations.– Emergency and after–hours support, as needed– Applications such as QuickBooks, Laserfiche, ESRI GIS, as well as specific land management related applications will need to be learned by the successful applicant.
