(1) Vendor needs to provide governmental relation services.• Assist in communication approaches and interaction strategies. • Schedule meetings.• Develop talking points, prepare briefing materials and conduct preparatory briefing sessions prior to key meetings. • Propose events to showcase work and projects.• Look for opportunities to advance research.• Respond to legislative requests.• Monitor and analyze legislation.• Foster relations with members of the government and community and assist in communication of goals to constituencies.• Work with faculty members to develop research programs.• Promote research and agendas.• Identify grant opportunities and assist with grant applications.• Formulate and implement comprehensive federal advocacy plans, revising as needed.(2) All question must be submitted no later than August 27, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
