(1) Vendor needs to provide professional architectural, engineering, technology planning, and design services to the government authority located in Orange, NJ.• Create a realistic, fundable, code–compliant, and operationally useful Emergency Operations Center within Police Headquarters.• Evaluate both possible locations before the City commits to one site, final design, construction bidding, or equipment procurement.• Kickoff, Document Review, and Project Work Plan• Existing Conditions Assessment for Both Site Options• Technology, Communications, AV, IT, and Security Planning• Regulatory, Environmental, Historic Preservation, and Grant Alignment Review(2) A mandatory pre–proposal site walk will be held in August 6, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 12, 2026.
