TRAVEL-1864 - USA (Washington) - Peer Pathways Workforce Development Conference Services - Deadline October 28,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide peer pathways workforce development conference services to the government authority located in WA. – planning committee:– Establishing the peer pathways conference planning committee: coordinate with to establish a peer pathways conference planning committee (planning committee) to support and guide the development of the conference.– Coordination of planning committee meetings: facilitate and participate in the planning committee meetings, to be held a minimum of once per month.– Website development, updates, and maintenance:– Provide project management for the transfer and management of the Peer Pathways website. – This may include but is not limited to further development, updating, and maintaining current conference content and ensuring the website is available for participant registration.– Using the previous year’s conference website as an example or guide, Contractor shall work in coordination with Contract Manager to update images, color, and page layouts to align with the annual artwork design and color themes.– Prepare and publish Conference content for the website including, but not limited to registration, forms, scholarship opportunities, conference program agenda, activities, presentations, and presenters.– Venue:– Conference shall be planned for a maximum of 425 people, including all participants and presenters.– Catering:– Provide catering for the two (2) days of the conference for a maximum of 425 people, including participants and presenters.– Staffing:– Providing staff for the registration desk, hospitality room, food and beverage services, and as needed to facilitate conference proceedings.– Scheduling, training, and management of any conference volunteers.– Providing Contractor staff to act as an on–site liaison with conference and venue managers.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 2, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.
