GIS-1999 - USA (Issaquah, Washington) - Public Tree Inventory and Updates to Preferred Tree List Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide public tree inventory and updates to preferred tree list services to the government authority located in Issaquah, WA.– Work includes collecting data and creating an inventory of public trees within the city’s right–of–way (ROW) and in priority park areas in a GIS format (file geodatabase/feature class or downloadable feature service).– Consultant to incorporate public tree inventory data into its asset management system.– Delivery of GIS data and updated preferred tree list.– Utilize mobile GIS software (ESRI ArcGIS field maps) to inventory trees located on public property within the public ROW and maintained areas of parks that are equal to or greater than two inches in diameter at breast height.– Provide a detailed project schedule for field data collection, check point meetings, milestone council and board meetings, and delivery of the tree inventory GIS data and recommended updates to the city’s preferred tree list.– Conducted a Lidar Tree Extraction using ESRI tools and has an estimated 30,000 to 40,000 public trees in ROW’s and maintained park areas.– Identifying tree species that are overly abundant and surpass the 10–20–30 rule for tree diversity.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than August 11,2026.
