(1) Vendor needs to provide webpage and website payment integration service.• The objective of this assignment is to design, develop, and deploy a user–friendly digital registration solution that enables seamless conference information sharing, registration, payment processing, and backend management.• Requirements– Be hosted either on our existing website or as a separate dedicated website;– Have a professional, conference–style design similar to the referenced site (e.g. reflecting key information, sponsors speakers information etc.);– Include online registration forms and participant data capture;– Include conference documents uploads and event news updates;– Include an administrative backend/dashboard for registration management;– Support secure payment processing;– Allow reporting, tracking, and export of registration/payment data; and– Be mobile–friendly and easy to use.• The selected Service Provider(s) will, subject to the Option selected, deliver:– Afunctional conference registration webpage/website– Aregistration management backend/dashboard– Paymentintegration solution, as applicable– Basic user guidance/documentation for administrators– Testing and deployment support
