(1) Vendor needs to provide for security information and event management service.– Providing a resilient, secure, and professionally managed cybersecurity capability that supports continuous security monitoring, threat detection, incident analysis, alert triage, incident response, escalation management, compliance assurance, service reporting, and ongoing service improvement. – Service is expected to include, but is not limited to, managed cybersecurity operations, threat detection and analysis, incident management and response, security platform support, threat intelligence, governance and reporting, and the provision of suitably qualified cybersecurity personnel to support service delivery.– The supplier must be capable of supporting, monitoring and managing security event sources from both Microsoft Sentinel and non–Microsoft platforms, including technologies that may not natively integrate with Microsoft Sentinel.– 24x7x 365 Security monitoring and event management services. – Provision of a secure means of integration with A Post existing tooling, primarily Microsoft Sentinel and Microsoft Defender. – Security incident detection, triage, investigation, and escalation. – Security platform management and operational support. – Security orchestration, automation, and response capabilities. – Detection engineering, use case development, and continuous service improvement.
