Texas Public Purchasing Association | Request for Proposals for Association Management Services

The Board of Directors of the Texas Public Purchasing Assocation (TxPPA), a non-profit association, are seeking proposals to hire an Association Management Company (AMC), which would be responsible for the overall administrative functions and conference management of the association. The services to be performed shall consist of the work described in the Scope of Services as defined herein. The successful AMC shall be responsible for the professional quality of work products, timely completion, and coordination of all services outlined in this Request for Proposals. Along with providing excellent organizational and administrative management skills, TxPPA is looking for a firm that will collaborate on behalf of TxPPA with other professional associations. The AMC shall act with integrity and professionalism when coordinating with the Officers, Board of Directors, general membership of TxPPA and other stakeholders. TxPPA’s membership consists of approximately 1,000 members. The information provided in this Request for Proposals is intended to be adequate for interested firms or persons to submit proposals on the required scope of services. In addition to the requested services specified herein, proposers are also encouraged to provide “added value” services or revenue generating ideas, which would be advantageous for both parties. To maintain a secured sealed process electronic submissions are required to be made through the City of Rosenberg's OpenGov e-procurement portal. Responses received after the submission deadline and/or transmitted outside of the designated OpenGov e-procurement portal will be rejected. The Contract will be awarded to the AMC submitting the most responsible and responsive proposal, price and other factors considered, in accordance with the specifications contained herein, provided the proposal is in the best interest of TxPPA to accept.
