(1) Vendor needs to provide registered nurse services to the government authority located in Window Rock, AZ.– Ambulatory Care: – Develops patient care plans that involve patient assessment and evaluation, interviews patients and family members to evaluate needs, interprets vital findings for emergent care, provides treatments as directed, can instruct/teach patients, and records all observations and interventions in patient health records– Medical Surgical Care: – Medical/Surgical Inpatient experience including admission and assessment of patients admitted for acute or chronic disease processes, surgical patients, and palliative care patients including procedures for various isolation requirements. Experience in basic nursing procedures such as starting IVs, doing lab draws, immunizations for both adults and pediatrics, assisting providers with lumbar punctures, paracentesis, and chaperoning for exams.
