(1) Vendor needs to provide GIS plotters services to the government authority located in Anchorage, AK.– Produces large–format cartographic products, land status plats, and imagery–based map products in support of land management, realty, resource, and public information functions across the state.– Place four identical, fully operational large–format color plotters in service at four locations, and to maintain annual service.– Capable of producing a single continuous plot measuring 42 inches by 60 inches without tiling, splicing, or manual assembly.– Full–color output using a minimum of four process colors.– Gigabit Ethernet network interface supporting IPv4 and IPv6 with static address assignment.– Manufacturer–supported print drivers for Microsoft Windows 10 and Windows 11, 64–bit, compatible with Esri ArcGIS Pro (current release), Adobe Acrobat, and AutoCAD.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) This bid is set aside for total small business.
