(1) Vendor needs to provide public access and general educational access television operations services to the government authority located in Grand Rapids, MI. – Provide workforce development and training, with a focus on socially and economically disadvantaged individuals, for occupations in digital media, video production and related specializations.– Distribute local content and manage video programming over cable television systems and streaming content services; and provide community access to public access television facilities and production equipment.–Maintain facilities suitable for television, video and multimedia training and production at the appropriate scale to meet community needs.– Proactively advance visibility and access to services, community engagement, and leveraged partnerships.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 2, 2026.
