(1) Vendor needs to provide auto and property appraisal service to the government authority located in San Antonio, TX.– Provide automobile and property appraisal services for property damages caused to third parties by the City. – Appraisal requests will include automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, heavy equipment, residential and commercial property damage, cosmetic or structural. – Services shall extend to include medical reviews, appraisal reviews submitted by third party representatives, and special investigations of incidents and conduct interviews, collect data, and statements for appraisal reviews. – Special investigations are considered investigating, detecting and preventing fraud, waste, and abuse and may include surveillance, canvassing, interviews, examinations, data analysis and background checks.– Automobile appraisals shall include total loss review, estimated auction pricing, diminished value and valuation dispute services.– Provide appraisals for damaged property claims (cosmetic and structural), for both residential and commercial property and includes mailboxes, fences, and structural damages.– Medical reviews shall be provided for bodily injury claims and include auditing of medical bills, duplicate billing, overcharging, plus reasonable and necessary treatment. – Medical reviews must be performed by licensed medical professionals or certified bill reviewers with relevant training in medical coding.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 28, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
