(1) Vendor needs to provide redevelopment counsel services to the government authority located in Elizabeth, NJ.• Redevelopment counsel to represent its interest in one or more projects.• Counsel will, on an as needed basis, be assigned and required to provide representation in redevelopment activities, consistent with the local redevelopment and housing law, for the planning, design and construction of the projects, including but not limited to, represent and make appearances before land use boards; zoning and planning; council and commissioners meetings; participation in and attendance at project meetings including public presentation meetings and hearings, if necessary; review for legal compliance and provide guidance on redevelopment plans, reports and documents related thereto; prepare, negotiate and provide guidance on contracts, redeveloper agreements, pilot’s, lease agreements, ordinances, and project financing.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than Oct 19, 2026.
