(1) Vendor needs to provide kitchen renovation services to the government authority located in Smyrna, GA.– Fluid applied urethane cement flooring over existing properly prepared subfloor.– provide sufficient water, temporary heat and light, and adequate electric power with suitable outlets connected and distributed for use within 100 feet of any working space.– Maintain the ambient room and the floor temperatures at 60 degrees Fahrenheit, or above, for a period extending from 72 hours before, during and 24 hours after floor installation.– Apply flooring system only where a minimum of 30 footcandles exist when measured 3 feet from surface.– Inspect surfaces to receive flooring and verify that condition is smooth and free from conditions that will adversely affect execution, permanence or quality of work.– Remove all projections, all debris detrimental to flooring system, dirt, oil contaminates, grease and surface coatings affecting bond.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 30, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 05, 2026.
