(1) Vendor needs to provide website design, development, migration, modernization, platform and ongoing support services using CMS.– Provide end–to–end website modernization services, including: discovery, planning, design, development, migration to a vendor–hosted SaaS content management system, deployment, training, and ongoing support services.– Maintain solution architecture, configurations, integrations, runbooks and administrator documentation.– Support to cover platform upgrades, accessibility, content, UX, performance, troubleshooting and enhancements.– Provide a prioritized implementation backlog for both functional and technical feature capabilities.– Perform post–launch verification testing.– Perform comprehensive functional testing; including validation of existing external portals, forms, integrations, and internal site access areas– Provide 24x7 production availability/security monitoring and emergency notification.– Provide an enterprise–grade content management system that enables authorized business users to create, edit, review, approve, schedule, publish, and retire content without custom development for routine updates, vendors may propose either a traditional, hybrid, or headless CMS architecture.– Administrative module for HR staff to create, edit, and manage, and export job listings.– Integration with ESRI/GIS.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 06, 2026.
