(1) Vendor needs to provide engineering services for restoration feasibility study to the government authority located in Agoura Hills, CA.Task 1: Project management, meetings, and coordination:– Develop a project schedule at a sufficient level of detail (work elements, sub elements, etc.) to show a clear understanding of the precise work required to meet project goals, objectives and delivery timeline.Task 2: Existing hydraulic condition:– The key variables of the hydraulic model shall include channel capacity, velocities, and shear forces.Task 3: Surveying and mapping:– Consultant shall perform land survey to identify all property lines, easements, utilities,existing improvements, and drainage patterns.Task 4: Premlininary geotechnical study:– Consultant shall review readily available geotechnical data from the area, historical aerial photographs, available published topographic, seismic hazard, and geologic maps.Task 5: Alternative analyses:– Schematic layouts and typical cross–sections will be developed for each alternative.Task 6: Conceptual plan for preferred alternative:– Consultant shall develop a conceptual plan and an opinion of probable costs for the preferred alternative.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 24, 2026.
