Description
Gegenstand der Leistung für die Technischen Gebäudeausrüstung sind die Fachplanung der Starkstromanlagen und der Fernmelde- und informationstechnische Anlagen inkl. BIM-Leistungen, für die Generalsanierung Prinzregentenstraße 7 in den Leistungsphasen (LPH) 1-3 und 5-9 der Honorarordnung für Architekten und Ingenieure gemäß dem ausgeschriebenen Leistungsbild VII.11.4 inkl. Anlagen BIM-Leistungsbild Technische Ausrüstung. Beauftragt wird im Stufenabruf zunächst in der ersten Stufe die Leistungsstufen 1A bis einschließlich 1B (LPH 1-2). Es handelt sich um die Sanierung eines Büro- und Verwaltungsgebäudes. Die BGF beträgt ca. 3.830 m2 Kostenobergrenze des Auftrages beträgt ca. 13.800.000,00 € brutto
