(1) Vendor needs to provide environmental services to the government authority located in Charlotte, NC.• Product recovery, waste removal; wastewater, oil, and chemical leak/spill clean–up• Pumping out and cleaning storm drain systems, underground storm water treatment facilities, water and wastewater treatment structures, and sanitary sewer lift stations• Confined space entry to install, maintain, and inspect monitoring equipment• Landfill maintenance such as flowable fill sinkhole repair• Mold clean–up/remediation services• Disposal of outdated laboratory reagents and standards.  Chemical disposal requirements must be accounted for when removing expired chemicals from Laboratories.• Disposal of paints, paint thinners, and other industrial solvents(2) A non–mandatory virtual pre–proposal conference will be held on July 30, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than August 3, 2026.
