(1) Vendor needs to provide salesforce administrator and business analyst services to the government authority located in Colorado.– Facilitate discovery sessions with department stakeholders to document current processes, pain points, and desired outcomes, and turn them into requirements, process maps, and user stories with acceptance criteria.– Serve as the day–to–day liaison between Temple staff and the implementation partner, tracking open questions, decisions, and deliverables.– Configure and maintain the org with declarative tools: objects and fields, page layouts, record types, validation rules, Flow, and permission sets.– Manage users, profiles, roles, sharing rules, and login security, including multi–factor authentication, under the Temple’s data governance and privacy policies.– Build reports and dashboards for departments and leadership, and coach staff toward self–service reporting.– Own data quality: duplicate management, import and update jobs, data audits, and constituent record standards.– Support data migration readiness: field mapping review, validation of migrated records against Raiser’s Edge, and exception reconciliation.
