EDUCATION-19182 - USA (Southlake, Texas) - College Test Preparation Tutoring Services - Deadline December 4,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide college test preparation tutoring services to the government authority located in Southlake, TX. – Research–based evidence on success of test preparation services on student achievement and/ordemonstrated track record in schools to accelerate student achievement.– Provide test preparation services during the school day, before school, after school and during out of school time.– Provide skilled, qualified and experienced personnel (including Texas public school background check).– Provide academic support to increase academic achievement to English Language Arts and Math to eligible students as measured by American College Testing (ACT) and Scholastic Assessment Test (SAT) examinations. The goal is to help students attain proficiency in meeting performance on ACT and/or SAT examinations.– Provide a description of how the student's progress will be measured and how the student's parents will be regularly informed of that progress.– Provide feedback to the stakeholders on a regular basis, related to the student's progress in an understandable and uniform format, including alternative formats upon request, and to the extent practicable, in a language that the parents can understand; provided, however the communication in English and Spanish shall always be “practicable“.– Provide information how the individual who is providing the services is selected, trained and supported.– Provide information on the intervention curriculum resources that individuals who provide tutoring use with students (include samples and/or websites).– Describe delivery models in which tutors are able to work with students.– Provide student pre and post assessment materials.– Conduct student pre and post assessments scoring in applicable programs.– Provide student results analysis and grouping in applicable programs.– Work with schools to schedule sessions.– Provide 24–hour notice to school or district administrator if tutorial staff will be absent.– Arrive on time and remain on duty for the scheduled time.– Conduct quality assurance monitoring and campus visits.– Provide instructional supplies to facilitate tutoring program.– Re–teach or accelerate student mastery based on on–going performance assessment data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 19, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years.
