CONS-22781 - USA (Oak Ridge, Tennessee) - Geotechnical Investigation Services - Deadline September 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide geotechnical investigation services to the government authority located in Oak Ridge, TN. – Perform a subsurface investigation, laboratory testing, soil resistivity testing, engineering analysis, and preparation of a signed and sealed geotechnical report for the proposed site in agency.– The investigation will support grading, foundation, structural, and electrical grounding design for the proposed substation.– Subsurface investigation.– Laboratory testing and classification: perform laboratory testing sufficient to classify the encountered materials and develop the requested design parameters.– Soil resistivity testing: Perform soil resistivity testing at the substation site in accordance with the Wenner Four–Electrode Method.• Engineering analysis and recommendations: – Ultimate and recommended allowable soil bearing pressures for spread footings and pad foundations.– Recommended allowable skin friction and allowable lateral soil resistance/pressure for drilled shaft or caisson foundations.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 19, 2026.
