(1) Vendor needs to provide application controls audit for vector scheduling system.– Independent application controls audit of vector scheduling system, with primary emphasis on substantive testing of the application's input, automated processing and business logic, and output controls.– Audit shall include independent testing and reperformance of selected scheduling transactions and configured staffing rules, supported by evaluation of relevant user access and general IT controls.– System configuration and staffing rules:– Policies and procedures.– Minimum staffing requirements.– Scheduling transaction controls:– Evaluate controls over scheduling transactions to ensure they are authorized, accurately processed, and compliant with established staffing rules and requirements.– Interfaces, data transfers, and payroll:– Evaluate controls over interfaces and data transfers to ensure data is fully and accurately processed and that exceptions are appropriately identified and resolved.– Completeness and accuracy of transmitted data.– Interface reconciliations.– Failed–interface monitoring.– Data integrity, audit trails, and reporting:– Evaluate controls to ensure data integrity, maintain adequate audit trails, and support complete and accurate reporting.– Governance, monitoring, and business continuity.– User access management.– Change management and configuration management.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
