INSU-6461 - USA (Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania) - Property and Casualty Risk Management Services - Deadline October 8,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide property and casualty risk management services to the government authority located in Pittsburgh, PA.– Property and casualty risk management programs, including, but not limited to, the design and marketing of operational insurance coverages, evaluation of insurance proposals, placement of insurance coverages, claim advocacy, property engineering advocacy, and advising on insurance requirements.– Assist in handling all correspondence and inquiries regarding the Program. – Assist in establishing such policy limits, deductibles, terms and conditions as Authority determines to be in its best interest.– Provide comparison of all insurance company quotes with sufficient detail of policy coverage terms, conditions, exclusions and reasons for declination.– Timely prepare and deliver all binders, policies and certificates issued to others.– Advise on Insurance Company ratings, as required.– Develop and implement specific programs to provide adequate surety bonding and insurance, as required by Authority.– Establish and administer loss and claims management procedures pertaining to the Program management and support services, and provide assistance in the preparation of losses and claims for their adjustment and their collection, including maintenance of all required files and follow up as necessary for subrogation recovery payment from insurers.
