CLEANING-13918 - USA (Berkley, Michigan) - Janitorial Services - Deadline October 15,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide janitorial services to the government authority located in Berkley, MI.– Empty waste baskets and remove trash to area designated by management– Empty recycling baskets to area designated by management– Vacuum clean all carpeting (including carpet mats in winter for salt removal)– Dust furniture completely, including general desk top areas– Dust window sills, ledges, base strips, and door jambs– Sanitize and clean all drinking fountains– Spot clean all walls and doors– Sweep, mop, and sanitize all restroom and kitchen floors– Sanitize and clean all restroom fixtures including sinks, mirrors, countertops, etc.– Clean all toilets and urinals, inside and outside of fixtures– Clean and disinfect all kitchen counters, sinks, and tables– Clean all kitchen appliance exterior surfaces(2) A pre–bid multi–building walkthrough tour will be held on October 6 and 8, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
