Vendor needs to provide electronic bond solution.– Software, hardware, or network infrastructure implementation projects must meet the high project management standards set forth in the County’s own IT organization.– Single Tenant Implementations preferred– Single Sign–On (SSO) utilizing Microsoft Entra ID (Azure Active Directory Services) or Security Assertion Markup Language (SAML) integration.– Multifactor Authentication (MFA) using Microsoft MFA or Short Messaging Service (SMS).– Prefer venders who host in one of the following cloud datacenters: Azure Government, Amazon Web Services GovCloud, or Google Cloud for Government over private datacenter.– Web interfaces used by constituents/the public must meet at least the current legally required accessibility standard (as of writing/2025 WCAG 2.1 Level AA)– Web Interfaces must be mobile responsive unless functionality can only be provided via a native phone app for Android and iOS.
