It is the intent of these Supplementary Specifications from the Township of Wayne, Passaic County, to outline the requirements for the resurfacing of various streets and locations throughout the Township. The work shall include milling existing pavement, repairing existing base as required, constructing new Hot Mix Asphalt Surface Course, constructing handicap ramps as specified, and related items. The work shall also include resurfacing, gravel parking areas, and sidewalk construction on various Board of Education locations throughout the Township.
