Dublin Drive Sidewalk Project

The Boone County Fiscal Court will receive bids from qualified vendors to perform the services associated with the BCFY24-44 Dublin Drive Sidewalk Project. This project is for the construction of approximately 2,767 LF of sidewalk, including all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the project. It is the intent and requirement of the Boone County Fiscal Court that this project be completed no later than November 15, 2024. Each bidder is required to submit with their bid, a bid bond in the amount of five percent (5%) of the base bid, or certified check equal in amount to five percent (5%) of the base bid. The bidder to whom the contract is awarded will be required to furnish a surety bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
