DRA-11432 - USA (Greensboro, North Carolina) - Regional On-Board Transit Survey Services - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide regional on–board transit survey services to the government authority located in Greensboro, NC.– The survey shall be designed to collect sufficient information to establish linked transit trips, including trip origin and destination, access and egress modes, transit routes and transfers, trip purpose, auto availability, and relevant socioeconomic characteristics. – The selected consultant will lead all tasks of the survey, including but not limited to project management, quality control, survey design and development, administration and data collection, processing, and reporting. – Develop a survey instrument to meet project needs, reflecting the survey design and sampling plan. Minimizing survey burden on respondents is a priority to ensure response accuracy and completeness, and to achieve the identified sample size.– Provide an option for participating transit agencies to add unique questions to be administered with the standard survey set.– Provide a draft survey for review, incorporating feedback and comments into a final version of the survey.– Conduct a pilot survey (one–week minimum) to test the effectiveness and accuracy of the data collection and identify any challenges or problems prior to the actual data collection.– Mobilize the data–collection team to administer the survey.– Perform statistical data analysis for inclusion in the report, including tables, charts, and graphs as needed to improve clarity of results.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 9, 2026.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 18, 2026.
