Description
The Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) seeks bids from qualified vendors to construct a new Fire Station at the Fountain Community Complex located at 12421 East Highway 20, Fountain, Florida. Project shall be constructed in accordance with Behar Peteranecz drawings and specifications, dated September 18, 2024. Funding for the project may be made possible through USDA, Rural Development Communities Facilities Grant and is contingent on strict conformance to the guidelines set forth by Federal Procurement and Contract Standards. Respondents will comply with the Federal Regulations Contract Requirements .
