(1) Vendor needs to provide voter verification mailings service to the government authority located in Rochester, NY. – Provide printing, data processing, and mailing services for voter letters and verification mail check letters.– Responsible for merging voter data with approved letter templates, printing the letters, folding and inserting them into envelopes, and preparing the mailing.– Voter Letters are mailed at least once per month, with an estimated volume ranging from 2,000 to 10,000 letters per mailing.– Verification mail check letters are conducted once per year as one mass mailing of approximately 525,000 records, with anticipated mailing dates from mid–April through early May.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than June 26, 2026.
