(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–based human resources and payroll financial software integrated solution. • The application must be cloud based.• Data transmissions must be encrypted utilizing SSL• All logins must have the option for two factor authentication• The system/programs must include document imaging links and the ability to drill down for detail on any previewed report.• The system/programs shall automatically sign–off dormant users off the systems after a defined period, and the system shall allow assigned system administrators the ability to terminate remote users/access if necessary• System/programs updates or modifications shall be made available remotely via the internet and through installer–based application available through the internet, and shall include documentation related to the update/modification.• The system/programs must include user friendly flexible query tools for searching the database.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
