BILLING-3244 - USA (Riverside, California) - Physical and Digital Gift Cards Service - Deadline November 19,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide physical and digital gift cards service to the government authority located in Riverside, CA. • Provide physical and digital prepaid gift cards for use as support services for eligible workforce development customers. • Gift cards may be provided to assist customers with costs that support their participation in workforce development activities, removal of employment–related barriers, and/or successful participation in employment and training services.• Gift card categories may include to gas, groceries, fast food, restaurants, transportation, drug stores, department stores, discount stores, and other similar retailers as customers’ needs are deemed necessary. • Gift cards shall be available in digital and physical format, as applicable, and shall not have expiration dates or be subject to inactivity, maintenance, or other fees that reduce the available card value after issuance(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for one year.
