DRA-11547 - USA (Abilene, Texas) - Local Rent Survey Services - Deadline September 23,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide local rent survey services to the government authority located in Abilene, TX.– Consultant firm shall furnish all personnel, supervision, data sources, software, equipment, communications, supplies, and other resources necessary to conduct a local area rent survey within service area.– Review the current applicable fair market rent notice and survey requirements before beginning data collection.– Develop a statistically valid survey methodology and sampling plan appropriate for the geographic area.– Request, assist in evaluating potential expansion of the survey beyond the minimum geographic area by identifying any methodological, sampling, cost, schedule, or other considerations associated.– Ensure the sample is reasonably representative of the applicable rental market by geography, structure type, bedroom size, and other factors.– Collect the information necessary to determine contract rent, tenant–paid utilities, gross rent, bedroom size, recent–mover status, and other –required eligibility information. – Perform the calculations and statistical analysis needed to determine the applicable percentile rent estimates and evaluate the reliability of the survey results.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
